I'm receiving most SMS with huge delays from one hour to as long as 12 hours later. With my previous phone, a simple Moto V3 i always received SMS instantly.

 

What can be causing this? The problem is with the phone, i have not changed operator or sim card, and works fine back on the v3.

First, how can I confirm which applications came with the phone, and which I added myself?

Next, I'd like to know if it's "safe" to remove a lot of things I don't use.

I tried to uninstall some of these, but the phone won't do so. For example, Ovi What's Hot, which I will never ever use - how can I delete things like this?

 

Can I delete the "Social" app without messing anything up?  (Haven't tried yet).

 

The BBC iPlayer is another app I assumed I could zap, but it won't let me.  I don't understand why I can't remove it.

 

 

 

If anyone actually read that whole list, is anything listed up there that is a known potential problem to the smooth running of Belle?

Since updating to Belle on my N8 the battery power has significantly gone down. I use my phone the same way every day. I have turned off the clock screen saver too and still goes down quickly. Before it would last 4 or 5 days, with light use of the camera and internet, now it won't last past 3.

 

Any thoughts?
